A customer types an order ID into the WhatsApp support group and the bot answers with live data pulled straight from the panel — status, quantity, remains, and which provider is fulfilling it. Sending several comma-separated IDs returns a compact one-line-per-order summary instead of a wall of text, so a reseller checking twenty orders gets one message back. The same pattern covers refill, cancel, speed up, refund, and partial refund; `refill status` reports how far along an existing refill request is.

The same customer message is answered three different ways to show what each reply mode does. Auto mode gives short, human-sounding confirmations drawn from a rotating phrase bank. AI mode handles the messy cases — it reads an unhappy "my order is stuck, it's been 2 days", explains the delay, and tells the customer exactly which command to send next, replying in whatever language the customer wrote in. Custom mode uses your own wording from saved templates, so the bot sounds like your brand. Modes switch from the dashboard and take effect immediately — no restart, no reconnect.
This section follows a support ticket opened on the panel itself rather than on WhatsApp. The bot polls for new tickets, reads the customer's message, looks up the referenced order live, and posts a reply back onto the panel ticket — typically before anyone on your team has seen it. Tickets it cannot resolve on its own are escalated instead of answered with a guess.
When a request needs your upstream supplier — a refill or a cancellation the panel cannot action alone — the bot forwards it from the customer support group into the correct provider WhatsApp group automatically, rewritten to use that provider's own order ID rather than yours. The demo shows the message crossing from a customer support group into a provider group. The order is only marked escalated once WhatsApp actually accepts the send, so the status reflects a message that really went out.
The tenant dashboard shows messages handled today, active groups, connected providers, and total customers, above a seven-day chart splitting ordinary support traffic from escalations. Every message the bot processes is logged and searchable, including the ones it handled silently.
Each WhatsApp group carries its own flags — support on or off, marketing on or off, provider group or customer group — so one number can serve customers in one chat and suppliers in another. The same section shows the admin commands that do all of this from inside WhatsApp without opening the dashboard: bulk-verifying every customer on a panel username, toggling marketing for a group, and escalating a specific order straight to its provider group.
Connecting a panel takes a name, its URL, and an API key. Once connected, the whole service catalog becomes searchable by keyword with live prices, and services that appeared on the panel recently are flagged as new — so you find out a supplier added something before your customers ask for it.
The closing section walks the settings that shape day-to-day behaviour: which reply mode is active, whether auto-escalation to provider groups is on, whether failed-order alerts fire, and the cooldown that stops a customer spamming the same order ID. Every one of these saves live — the change reaches the running bot immediately, with no reconnect, no QR rescan, and no downtime.
